R.B. Tullis Branch Library

The East Branch Library was opened in a leased space in 1974. It eventually got its own building in New Caney in 1986, and was renamed R.B. Tullis Branch Library a year later. A brand new construction in New Caney was approved several years later, the building you see today was opened to the public in the spring of 2007. Today, the branch serves more than 52,000 cardholders

Wednesday: 9am - 6pm
Thursday: 9am - 9pm
Friday - Saturday: 9am - 5pm
Sunday: Closed
