Study room use is limited to 2 hours per day, with the possibility to remain in the room if there are not other reservations. You can reserve a room up to 24 hours in advance, or you can checkout the room with no advanced notice if there are no other reservations. Make sure to select the room at the appropriate library branch. A library card is required to reserve or check out a study room.
To cancel a room reservation, you will need the confirmation code from the confirmation email sent after making a reservation.
A meeting room can be reserved up to 90 days in advance. At least 1 week's notice is required.
Application for current calendar year must be on file for approval. All meeting room requests are pending until confirmed by Library Staff. Applications are available below by library branch. If you do not have a library card, please print a Meeting Room application to return to Library Staff and view the Metting Room Fee Schedule for additional fees for non-MCMLS cardholders.

Submitting the Meeting Room Application Online
To submit through the browser: Open the application in Internet Explorer. (Other browsers such as Chrome, Firefox, etc. do not allow online submission.)
To submit through Adobe: After opening the application, download and save the PDF to your computer. Open the application from your computer files with Adobe.
