The Lions Den houses information about disabilities and chronic health conditions affecting children, adults, and families. Funded primarily by the Lions Club, the room contains basic introductory publications and specialized, hard-to-obtain materials. The collection offers videos, books, directories, newsletters, magazines, catalogs, pamplets, and clippings. Some of the materials are available for checkout; some remain in the Lions Den for reference. Of special interest: a 17-part series on Public Law 94-142; books for children, and documents on the Americans with Disabilities Act.
