Registration is Required
Each session is limited to 12 toddlers and their parent or guardian. Registration will be held at the Children’s Reference Desk, located in the Children’s Department.

Sessions are scheduled on Thursday mornings at 10:00am, 10:30am, and 11:00am and will be held in the Children’s Program Room. Please arrive early to pick-up nametags at the Children’s Reference Desk.

Special Toddler Time Programs

A 20 minute program for children, newborn to 3 years old. This  storytime is the same as regular Toddler Time Sessions
except no registration is required and it will be held in the large meeting room at 10:30 am.

Storytime Rules
If a child becomes fussy or begins to cry, please step outside until the child calms down. Please be nice to your neighbor—no hitting, biting, or pinching.  It is ok to move around and explore your surroundings.

“Attention is a learned behavior as toddlers focus and refocus their attention on words, objects, pictures, and actions for increasingly longer periods of time. Toddler storytimes are created around this primary consideration.” (Judy Nichols, Storytimes for Two-Year-Olds.)
